How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Tap PetGrowth and select Cancel Subscription. Rudra Labs cannot process cancellations directly — all subscriptions are managed by Apple.

I lost my data after reinstalling the app. Can I recover it?

PetGrowth stores all data locally on your device. If iCloud Backup was enabled before uninstalling, your data may be restored when you reinstall and restore from backup. We recommend keeping iCloud Backup on at all times.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to request a refund for any App Store purchase.

Is my pet's data private?

Yes. All your data is stored locally on your device — no accounts, no cloud servers, no tracking. Nothing leaves your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I transfer my data to a new iPhone?

Use Apple's standard device transfer (iCloud Backup or direct device-to-device transfer). PetGrowth data is included in your iCloud Backup automatically if the feature is enabled in your iPhone settings.

Can I use PetGrowth for multiple pets?

Free users can track 1 pet. Premium subscribers can add unlimited pets. Switch between pets from the Home tab.

What is the My Files feature?

My Files lets you organise photos, PDFs, and scanned documents into custom colour-coded folders. You can add files via your camera, photo library, or by importing documents. All files are stored privately on your device.
