👋1. Introduction

PetGrowth, developed by Rudra Labs, is a pet health tracking app that helps you monitor your pets' growth, health records, medications, and care reminders — all privately on your device.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the app accesses and how it is used.

🚫2. Information We Do Not Collect

PetGrowth is a privacy-first application. Rudra Labs does not collect, transmit, or store your data on any external server.

The following are not used in this app:

• No analytics
• No advertising
• No cloud sync
• No crash reporting
• No tracking SDKs
• No remote data storage

📱3. Data Stored on Your Device

All information you enter into PetGrowth is stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and is not transmitted to Rudra Labs.

This includes:

• Pet Profiles — Name, species, breed, gender, date of birth, weight, photo, and health identifiers
• Medical Records — Vet visits, vaccinations, deworming, diagnoses, prescriptions, and attached documents
• Medications — Medication plans, dosage schedules, and adherence logs
• Health Metrics — Weight entries, growth records, stool health, feeding logs, and heat cycle data
• Pet Diary — Diary entries with text, photos, mood tags, and categories
• Care Reminders — Reminder titles, due dates, recurrence rules, and notification preferences
• Files and Documents — Photos, PDFs, and scanned documents organised in folders
• Expense Records — Vet bills, food, grooming, and other pet care costs

This data remains on your device unless you choose to export or share it (for example, generating a PDF report). It may be included in iCloud Backup if that feature is enabled on your device — see Section 8.

🔑4. Device Permissions

PetGrowth may request access to the following device features:

• Camera — Used to capture photos of pets or medical documents. Images are stored locally on your device.
• Photo Library — Used to select or save images for pet records and reports. Photos are stored locally within the app.
• Notifications — Used to deliver local reminders. PetGrowth uses only local notifications and does not send remote push notifications.

You can revoke permissions at any time in your device Settings.

🤝5. Third-Party Services

PetGrowth does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or data processing services.

Payments are handled securely by Apple through the App Store. Apple's privacy practices apply to payment processing. Rudra Labs does not receive or store any payment information.

💳6. Subscriptions

PetGrowth offers optional premium subscriptions. All purchases and renewals are managed by Apple via your Apple ID.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your device settings.

👧7. Children's Privacy

PetGrowth is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since all data is stored locally on the device, no user data is transmitted to us.

🛡️8. Data Security

Your data is protected by your device's built-in security features, such as passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.

If iCloud Backup is enabled on your device, your PetGrowth data may be included in your device backup. This backup is managed by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
