Welcome to PetGrowth, developed by Rudra Labs. PetGrowth is a pet health tracking app that helps you monitor your pets' growth, health records, medications, and care reminders — all privately on your device.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, and your rights as a user. By using PetGrowth, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

PetGrowth is a fully offline, privacy-first application. We do not collect, transmit, or store any data on external servers.

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

All information you enter into PetGrowth is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This includes:

Name, species, breed, gender, date of birth, weight, photo, and health identifiers.

Vet visits, vaccinations, deworming, diagnoses, prescriptions, and attached documents.

Medication plans, dosage schedules, and adherence logs.

Health Metrics

Weight entries, growth records, stool health, feeding logs, and heat cycle data.

Diary entries with text, photos, mood tags, and categories.

Care Reminders

Reminder titles, due dates, recurrence rules, and notification preferences.

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export or share it yourself (e.g., generating a PDF report).

4. Device Permissions

PetGrowth requests the following device permissions to enable its features:

Camera

Used to scan and photograph medical documents, prescriptions, and pet photos. Images are processed and stored locally on your device.

Photo Library

Used to select photos for pet profiles, diary entries, and medical records, and to save generated images to your library. Photos are stored locally within the app.

Notifications

Used to deliver local care and medication reminders you have set up. PetGrowth uses only local notifications — no remote push notifications are sent.

You can revoke any of these permissions at any time from your device Settings. Revoking a permission will disable the related feature but will not affect data already stored in the app.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

PetGrowth offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly and annual). All payments are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. Rudra Labs never sees or stores your payment information, credit card details, or billing address.

To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

6. Children's Privacy

PetGrowth is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since the app stores all data locally on the device, no information is transmitted to us from any user, including children.

7. Data Security

Because all your data is stored on your device, its security is protected by your device's built-in security mechanisms — including your passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using a strong passcode.

If your device is backed up via iCloud Backup, your PetGrowth data may be included in that backup and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the app. Continued use of PetGrowth after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
