1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PetGrowth mobile application ("App") developed and operated by Rudra Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using PetGrowth, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

PetGrowth is a pet health tracking application that allows you to:

• Record and monitor your pet's health data including weight, meals, medications, and vaccinations
• Store medical records and documents using your device's camera and photo library
• Set local reminders for care events and medication schedules
• Generate PDF health reports for veterinary visits
• Maintain a personal pet diary with photos and entries

All data is stored locally on your device. PetGrowth does not operate any servers that store your personal or pet data.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

PetGrowth offers a free tier and optional premium subscriptions ("Pro") available on a monthly or annual basis.

• Subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store. Rudra Labs does not handle any payment information.
• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• A 7-day free trial may be offered to new subscribers. Unused trial time is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
• To cancel your subscription, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. Rudra Labs has no control over refund decisions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PetGrowth only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App to store or distribute unlawful content
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent subscription restrictions
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

5. Your Data

All data you enter into PetGrowth is stored locally on your device and remains your property. Rudra Labs does not access, collect, or transmit your pet or personal data to any external servers.

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We recommend enabling iCloud Backup on your device. Rudra Labs is not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, deletion, or App removal.

6. Medical Disclaimer

PetGrowth is a pet health tracking tool and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for any health concerns about your pet.

Health insights and growth percentile data provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for medical decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Rudra Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rudra Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PetGrowth, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or reliance on information provided by the App.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. If the App is discontinued, any active subscriptions will be handled per Apple's App Store policies.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of PetGrowth after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
